PAYMENT TERMS
Payment method
A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm all bookings.
Pre-authorisation (card hold)
We may place a temporary pre-authorisation (hold) on your card prior to the scheduled service, up to the estimated value of the booking. This is not a charge.
When payment is taken – recurring customers
For ongoing customers, payment is processed after the service once you have had 24 hours to review the results.

If you notify us of an issue within that period, we will be given up to 48 business hours to return and remedy the matter before payment is taken.
New customers
For first-time customers, payment may be taken before or immediately after the initial service.
Optional services
For first-time customers, payment may be taken before or immediately after the initial service.
Bank transfers
Bank transfer is accepted only for established customers who have completed 10 or more services without issue. Approval is at our discretion.
Failed payments
If payment cannot be processed, future services may be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid.
Cancellations
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of a confirmed booking may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

Same-day cancellations, no access, or unsafe conditions preventing the service may result in up to 100% of the booking being charged.
