Cleaning your pet’s habitat is a duty we take very seriously.
When you invite Pawsitively Clean into your home, you are entrusting us with a place that provides your pet with comfort, familiarity and security. We honour that trust by treating every habitat with patience, kindness and respect.
Every decision we make begins with one simple question:

For your pet’s safety, we clean habitats using only a diluted vinegar and water solution. Once dry, this leaves virtually no harmful residue, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of pets. If your veterinarian has recommended a specific cleaning or disinfecting product because of your pet's medical condition, we are happy to use it where appropriate and where suitable instructions have been provided.
